Hey all of my wonderful friends, family and folks I have yet to meet!
How are you all doing? Itās been a minute since I wrote to you all and Iām doing kind of weirdly! Things are up and down like a yo-yo and some days I feel like Iām crushing it and others, I simply want to crawl back into bed and let life get on with itself š
So, as I always tend to do ⦠I took action! I got a haircut ... YES!! It's awesome, I know!

And then I began quietly working behind the scenes creating my Patreon account where I am sharing full Yoga classes every week!
When the pandemic hit, I was living and working in Austria. The rules here were very restrictive and it was hard for everyone. My little boy, Fynn was at home and being with him was absolutely wonderful ... he made it so much easier for me because we were not allowed to travel and I wanted to see my family.
The studio where I was employed as a full-time yoga teacher transitioned almost instantly online and began streaming our classes live. They bought professional lighting and sound equipment as my boss wanted to give our customers the experience of actually being in the studio. I was teaching a huge range of classes from absolute beginner classes, Yin and restorative Yoga right through to advanced classes, meditations and handstand workshops.
Once things calmed down and we were able to actually go outside again, my work went back to teaching in person classes and I was given complete access to EVERY. SINGLE. CLASS that I had ever taught in the studio š I counted them, I have over 200 professionally filmed classes of varying lengths and levels!
Some of you may know that my Mum was very sick a while ago. It was a little bit scary for a while, but she pulled through and conquered it as she always does ... with humour and positivity ā¤ļø she is an amazing warrior of a woman and I'm so proud of her.
Anyway, the whole thing caused me to re-evaluate how I want to live my life and I decided that I wanted to move my teaching online in an attempt to be able to move freely between my 2 homes (Austria and England). This led me to an idea and my reason for writing to you today ... I'm sending this message out to you all with a small request attached to it!
So, here I am ... shouting about my Patreon account where I am sharing my experience of the Yoga world and my (200+) classes that I taught in the studio every week. I am uploading a new class every Monday and Friday and posting meditations daily (I started that today! LOL) and I would be so grateful if you could share this link with anyone you think might be interested in starting up a Yoga or meditation practice.
As I mentioned, there are so many different classes available that I'm sure there will be something for pretty much everyone. My style of teaching is fun, relaxed and friendly. I have a huge amount of knowledge on my subject now as I have been teaching for 10 years. I have had a personal practice for almost 15 and every year, I have taken a new training in anatomy, or teaching styles, or a different method of practice ... it has been a constant learning and evolutionary process for me ... part of which I share on my Patreon!
Anyway, that's enough blabbing about it! Please click HERE š
Thank you so much for staying with me until the end of my story and I truly hope that every single one of you has stayed healthy over these last couple of very strange years that we have lived through. I look forward to practicing with you, or your friends, soon!
All the very best and big hugs to you all :)
